Apartamento Olivais, Coimbra

Full renovation of a three-bedroom apartment in Olivais, Coimbra, intended as a property investment.

The works covered the apartment's main services, with new plumbing and electrical systems, rebuilt ceilings and a new kitchen including appliances. The electricity meter also had to be relocated and the existing supply replaced. The project also included work to the building's façade and rendered surfaces.

The architectural project was developed by Arq. Carolina Lheis Ibarra, with the client involved in selecting the finishes. The schedule was one of the project's constraints, and the works were completed within the planned timeframe.
