Apartamento Arroios

Full renovation of a 90 m² apartment on Avenida Rovisco Pais, in Arroios, on the top floor of a building without a lift. The works included demolition, new water and electrical systems, plasterboard framing, finishes, two bathrooms, flooring, the kitchen and hallway joinery.

Access required specific logistics throughout the project. With the condominium's approval, a pulley system was installed to move materials and debris while keeping the building's communal areas clean.

Construsud supplied and installed all the windows. Some of the remaining materials, including flooring, tiles, sanitaryware, doors and the wardrobe, were supplied by the client and installed by our team. We also completed the kitchen, hallway panelling and made-to-measure adjustments to the doors. Project coordination was shared with the project management company representing the client.
