Turnkey construction
We take on the job from start to finish. We do the site survey, design the project, handle the licensing, execute and coordinate every trade, and the carpentry comes out of our own workshop. The client has one budget, one deadline and one person to call. When something goes wrong on site, there's no argument about whose responsibility it is.

We design before we build, which is why we can take on the whole job. We survey the existing space, design the layout and construction detail, and handle the process with the council and the condominium. The project is drawn to be built at the price we quoted, not to be revised halfway through the job.
-
Site survey
Measuring what exists before we quote.
-
Interior design
Layout, materials and construction detail.
-
3D modelling
Seeing the space before we build it.
-
Licensing

-
Site coordination
One person coordinating every trade on site.
-
Site safety and setup
Safety plan, site setup and waste management.
-
-
This is the part of the job that changes the space: demolishing what goes, building what stays, and reinforcing what can't move. We work with dust containment, protection of what stays and licensed waste removal — in occupied buildings and next to shops that stay open.
-
Demolition
Controlled demolition, with protection of what stays.
-
Masonry
New walls, closures and brick and block work.
-
Reinforced concrete
Slabs, footings, stairs and reinforced concrete.
-
Structural reinforcement
Opening up walls with engineered steel reinforcement.
-
Metalwork
Structures, railings, stairs and metal fittings.
-
Waterproofing
Terraces, roofs and wet areas.

Electrical, water, HVAC, gas and communications. We execute and coordinate all of them, with the certification each one requires, and we resolve the clashes between them before closing the ceilings. In restaurants and offices this is usually where jobs run late — which is why we don't let this part run on its own.
-
Electrical installations
Panels, circuits, lighting and certification.
-
Water and drainage
Supply, drainage and sanitary ware.
-
HVAC and ventilation
Air conditioning, ventilation and extraction.
-
Gas networks
Installation, testing and certification.
-
Telecommunications
Data and TV networks, with ITED design and certification.
-
Fire safety (SCIE)
Detection, suppression and signage (SCIE).
-
Home automation
Control of lighting, blinds and air conditioning.

It's what the client sees every day, and it's where a badly built job shows. Drywall partitions, ceilings, plastering, painting, cladding and flooring. We don't hand this part to whoever's available: whoever executes it answers to us, and we answer to the client.
-
Drywall partitions
Partitions and board systems, with acoustic insulation.
-
Suspended ceilings
Coving, recessed lighting and access to installations.
-
Plastering and rendering
Levelling walls and ceilings before the finish.
-
Painting
Interior and exterior, from preparation to finish.
-
Wall and floor cladding
Tile, stone, microcement and panels.
-
Flooring
Subfloor, wood, vinyl, tile and resin.
-
Insulation
Walls, ceilings and floors — comfort and noise.

The carpentry comes out of our own workshop, Sudstudio. We design, manufacture and install it. On a renovation, carpentry is almost always what dictates the handover date — with production in-house, the deadline is ours, not a supplier's.
-
Kitchens
Complete kitchens, with worktop and appliances.
-
Wardrobes and closets
Built-in, floor to ceiling, made to fit each alcove.
-
Counters and displays
Retail and hospitality: counters, cabinets and service points.
-
Interior doors
Hinged, sliding and flush with the wall cladding.
-
Bespoke furniture
Shelving, desks, banquette seating and one-off pieces.
-
Slat cladding and panels
Ceilings, slat wall cladding, panels and decking.
-
Glass partitions
Glass offices and partitions, with a timber frame.
-

Short jobs, handled with the same standards as the big ones: a site visit, a quote with the scope written down, and a date. Maintenance of a condominium's common areas, support after handover and installation work.
-
Condominium maintenance
Common areas and roofs, with a quote ready for the AGM.
-
After-handover support
Adjustments and fixes after handover.
-
Installation work
Furniture, shop fittings and third-party pieces.
-
Repairs
Leaks, damp and fixes with a defined scope.
