La Dolceria aROMA Chiado

Turnkey project for the first aRoma Gelateria & Dolceria shop in Portugal, on Rua do Loreto in Chiado. The 100 m² space combines a gelateria, pastry shop and café.

The renovation was comprehensive, with all trades managed by Construsud. We completed demolition, structural works, water and drainage systems, electrical installation, HVAC, fire detection and protection, audio, video surveillance, finishes and ceilings.

The brand's international design had to be coordinated with the actual conditions found in the building while keeping the concept defined for the shop. The programme ran through the Christmas period, and the Chiado location required careful coordination of deliveries and unloading.

The joinery and brand materials, including the wallpaper, were supplied by the client. Construsud handled the remaining work. The shop opened and is now operating.
